Why "stonewashed" cotton?

«Stonewashed» can be understood literally in this case: the fabric after production is washed in very hot water with the addition of pumice and volcanic rock.

You do not have to iron it

The most important advantage of stonewashed cotton linen is that it looks great without ironing. During production, the fabric is treated specially, making it look slightly bruised at first. That is its trick: bed linens like this give the impression of stylish negligence, relaxation, home comfort without effort. Moreover, it saves a lot of time.

It is very soft

The pumice and the volcanic rock, in which the fabric is washed before the bed linen is sewn, cling to the fibres of the tissue, rotor it, making the linen feel velvety, very soft and cosy.

Looks stylish

It is easy to find monotonous bedding: most often in stores, you can find linen "in a flower" or with a pattern. We specially order one-tone dark fabrics: such sets are stylish, elegant and look nice in the interior.

100% cotton

Stonewashed cotton linen has 100% natural composition without added synthetics. Such linens will be perfect for both summer and winter: natural material breathes well and evaporates moisture in warm weather, and the soft surface creates a feeling of comfort and warmth in cold months of the year.

Does not fade or roll

Stonewashed cotton linen does not change colour and does not shed even after 200 laundries. The point is that cotton strings are coloured before the fabric is woven: thus, the colour is deeply fixed and does not pale. Wash such laundry in the washing machine on the standard program «Cotton» up to 40 °C.

Stonewashed cotton is a very practical fabric: it does not form reeds, and it serves a long time, even with constant use and regular washing.
